About Coda
Coda is a self-taught Queer Métis artist currently living in Edmonton, Alberta (Amiskwacîwâskahikan). His work is inspired by both typeface design and the shapes and colours of Métis arts and crafts. For Coda, art is a tool to process emotions and a form of healing. As an artist on the autistic spectrum, Coda uses painting as a way to communicate his emotions while leaving ambiguity for interpretation by the viewer.
